Once I tried this I put the PC to sleep, woke it up, and my cursor reappeared, fully functional. Here's what I did:ġ) Launched Control Panel and opened Power OptionsĢ) I'm running the Balanced (recommended) power option, so I clicked Change plan settingsģ) From the Change settings for the plan: Balanced screen I clicked Change advanced power settingsĤ) From the list of settings, I chose USB settings there's only one option you can change: USB selective suspend settingĥ) I changed the USB selective suspend setting from Enabled to Disabled (I dont have a solution for you, because the problem has been rare in my case) Click on Bluetooth & devices, and then head over to Touchpad settings. Adjusting the sensitivity of your mouse/touchpad is a simple but effective remedy for this problem. Do you happen to have a touch screen? cause I started seeing the problem after I installed a touchscreen monitor on my desktop configuration. Adjust the Sensitivity Your touchpad or mouse’s sensitivity is most likely to blame if the mouse is lagging or moving slower than usual. That said, I have had this problem a couple times myself. I'm fairly certain this isnt a classic shell issue, so Uninstalling it likely wont solve your problem however you are welcome to try, and if you find that it does, we would love to know about it after logging in, after unlocking the screen, after waking up from sleep mode, when you start Chrome but remains visible in other browsers, after updating Windows.
